Single 13 Digit Membership

GS1 Singapore Registered User - Single 13-Digit Membership 


In conjunction with the 35th Anniversary, GS1 Singapore is having anniversary promotion on Single 13-Digit membership where you get an authorised 888 GS1 barcode at only S$88! The Single 13-Digit Membership is catered for companies that are small start-ups and individual sellers require a minimal number of product codes instead of a mass range. A company is able to apply for a single 13-digit barcode number and up to 5 sets. The barcode number is assigned to the product and brand that the company wishes to sell to the retailers. This ensures that each individual barcode number is globally unique and local GS1 user companies are provided with the correct standards-based implementation support.

Fee Structure

All companies applying for the GS1 Singapore Registered User – Single 13-Digit membership must complete the GIRO application form for GS1 Singapore annual subscription fees.

^ Company incorporation date refers to the company’s date of registration that is more or less than 3 years from the date stated in the ACRA business profile.

Notes

  • Number of barcodes: 1
  • Promotion valid for a limited time only.
  • Limit of up to 5 single number applications per company.
  • Promotion rate for renewal of annual subscription is applicable to second year renewal. Annual subscription for third and subsequent year/s will be subject to prevailing rates.
  • Deposit will be refunded upon official resignation as a GS1 Singapore Single 13-Digit Registered User and nett of outstanding monies owing to GS1 Singapore, if any.
  • All companies applying for the GS1 Singapore Registered User must read the terms and conditions of the GS1 Singapore Grant License Agreement and agree to abide by it.
  • The application and subscription fees paid upon joining are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • GS1 Singapore reserves the right to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time.

Document Submission

  • Latest ACRA Business Profile (PDF format) with an issued date not longer than 6 months prior to the current date of application.

Payment Method Guide

  • Credit / Debit Card – Pay instantly online.
  • PayNow (UEN) – Make payment via your bank app using our UEN.
  • Bank Transfer – Transfer via internet banking (local/international).

After payment, please email us (contact@gs1.org.sg) your transaction reference and order/invoice number so we can verify your payment promptly.

Please prepare the following documents before proceeding:

  • Latest ACRA Business Profile (must be valid / issued within the last 6 months at the time of application)
  • Download and prepare your OA file (refer to the OA User Guide / OA Video Guide for steps)
  • Note (Overseas companies): OA file is not applicable. Please prepare your company registration document from your country of registration.
  • Once you become a member, please refer to the Product Guide for next steps and product setup
