Nationwide E-Invoicing Initiative
Digitalise your business with InvoiceNow — a nationwide E-invoicing network that enables smoother invoicing and faster payment cycles while making a positive impact on the environment. The Nationwide E-Invoicing Network adopts the Peppol framework allowing businesses to transact internationally with other linked companies.
In conjunction with Nationwide E-Invoicing Initiative, GS1 Singapore is embarking on InvoiceNow which you are able to receive your invoice in a more efficient manner in 2021. We encourage our members to be on board. Paper invoices and statement will be phased out and we will require members to update their email addresses. To get you prepared, we will still send you the paper invoice on January 2021 if you have not joined the initiative. Moving forward, the e-invoice will be sent via
Peppol.

Setting up with Esker is easy!
Follow their 5-step instructions to be Peppol ready in just a few clicks.
Step 1
Simply go to https://cloud.esker.com.sg/peppolprepaidpacks/ to purchase a Peppol prepaid pack or contact an Esker representative if your monthly requirement is over 100 invoices a month.
Step 2
Make sure your customer has a Peppol ID, you can search for other businesses on the global directory by visiting this site: https://directory.peppol.eu.
Step 3
Fill in the Excel template provided by Esker.
Step 4
Click on the button to generate the invoice and send the Excel file to the Esker email provided.
Step 5
Any Peppol e-invoice received on Esker platform will be sent automatically to you via the email provided during your registration in a PDF format.
